What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM already built into your phone. Instead of swapping plastic SIM cards, you install a data plan by scanning a QR code.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2018 on do: iPhone XS and newer, and recent Galaxy and Pixel models. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. Quick check: dial *#06#; if an EID is listed, your phone supports eSIM.
When do I get my eSIM?
Right after payment. The QR code appears on your order page and is emailed to you, usually within a minute.
Do I keep my number and WhatsApp?
Yes. The eSIM only carries data and runs alongside your regular SIM, so calls, texts, WhatsApp and iMessage stay on your usual number. Turn off data roaming on your regular SIM to avoid charges.
