Bordersim is a UK-based business. We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans and stay responsible for the experience of buying from us: clear plan information, order delivery, and customer support.

The service and the networks behind it

We do not own or run mobile networks. Each eSIM is supplied through a third-party eSIM network partner and connects to local mobile networks at the destination. Those partners provide the underlying connectivity; Bordersim runs the storefront, payment and order journey, and is your first point of contact if something goes wrong.

Network coverage, speed and availability can vary by place, device and partner network, so we do not promise that a connection will perform the same everywhere. We show the coverage and conditions available for a plan before you buy; our terms explain the service limits in full.

Start with our eSIM troubleshooting guide to solve common problems. If you still need help, email support@bordersim.com. Human email support is available from 10am to 10pm UK time; the site footer shows whether the team is currently online.

Please include your order reference, destination, phone model and a short description of the issue. That lets us find the right eSIM and work with the relevant network partner when needed. If you cannot find your order, request a secure order link by email.

How we select and assess plans

We decide what appears in the Bordersim catalogue; a provider's own region label is not enough. Before a plan is listed, we assess its destination coverage, data allowance, validity, activation timing, setup requirements, top-up availability and price. We publish the exact coverage we have for each plan, rather than treating similarly named regional products as interchangeable.

We review the catalogue as partner information and plan conditions change. If we cannot support a plan's information or it no longer meets our selling criteria, we remove or revise the listing. A plan is not automatically the right choice for every traveller, so compare the allowance, validity and coverage for your destination before buying.
