1. Who we are
Bordersim ("we", "us") operates this website and sells prepaid eSIM data plans. You can reach us at support@bordersim.com.
2. The service
We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for the destinations listed on this site. Connectivity is provided over partner mobile networks; we act as a reseller. Plans include the data allowance and validity period stated on the plan: nothing more, no auto-renewal, no subscription.
3. Device compatibility
It is your responsibility to make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before buying. You can check by dialing *#06#; if an EID is listed, your device supports eSIM. Orders are not refundable solely because a device turns out to be incompatible or locked.
4. Orders and delivery
Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We then deliver your eSIM as a QR code on your order page and by email, normally within minutes. Keep your order link: it is your access to the eSIM and its installation details.
5. Prices and payment
The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach our servers.
6. Refunds
If we fail to deliver a working eSIM, you get a full refund. Once an eSIM has been installed or its plan activated, the order is non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. To request a refund, contact us with your order reference.
7. Acceptable use
Plans are for personal use. You may not resell them, use them unlawfully, or abuse the partner networks (for example through automated bulk traffic). We may refuse service where we suspect fraud.
8. Service limitations
Coverage, speed and availability depend on the partner networks at your destination and are not guaranteed. Unused data and remaining validity have no cash value and are not refundable.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed connections.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
